    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I respect the Vice- President and Minister for Home Affairs of the Republic of Kenya. He is an advocate of the High Court and he knows that in every Ministry there is a Minister and an Assistant Minister. Is he in order to stand here and play ignorance when he should give us the actual reason why this Question is not being answered? The Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife has taken exactly ten years without compensating the family of this person who was killed by a leopard! This is another trick by the Government to avoid compensating this particular family!"
