    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am not really satisfied with the answer from the Assistant Minister although he has tried. He has admitted that the road is terribly dilapidated and that they have now allocated Kshs1.5 million to do the patching of potholes. This is a very small amount for an 18 kilometre stretch of road. We have noted before that when they do patching up, normally, they use soil instead of bitumen. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that they will not use soil to patch up the road given that they have allocated Kshs1.5 million for the work?"
