    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just need the guidance of the Chair. My hon. colleague, Mr. Ethuro, is the Chairman of the Constituency Development Fund Committee of Parliament. He was there when the Minister came to the Committee. He was chairing that meeting when we agreed as a Constituency Development Fund Committee - a committee of the House - that the findings of the poverty indices should be disregarded and the earlier ones should be used. Is it in order for him to come here and mislead the House, when he was the one who was on the Chair when we agreed with the good records of the findings of the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, which admitted that the figures at the districts were estimates--- I need the direction of the Chair!"
