    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is a very serious Question and I think the Minister is taking it for granted. Is the Minister in order to say that he cannot commit himself yet we are saying there are potholes on this road and the contractor who was there has left the site? The Minister is telling us he cannot give us a definite time. Is he in order not to give us a commitment that those potholes will be sealed before the rains begin?"
