    "content": "asked the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife:- (a) whether he is aware that on 12th August, 2008, one Mr. Luka Borghesio, a researcher from the University of Illinois, USA, caused environmental damage to Kitish Forest of Mathews Ranges in Engilai Location, Wamba Division, by cutting trees indiscriminately; (b) if he could clarify whether the Government authorised the exercise and whether an environmental impact assessment was done prior to the exercise; and, (c) whether he could also state the extent of the damage as well as the action the Government is taking to protect the said forest from further destruction."
