Regarding the issue of Kitui District, if my friend can bring a substantive Question relating to Kitui District, I will reply to it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as at now, I would like to say that all my colleagues here know the procedure involved in splitting expansive administrative units. The procedure is that a proposal has to originate from the Locational Development Committees (LDCs) and go through the Divisional Development Committees to the District Development Committees.
