    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am shocked that the Minister has tabulated seven steps that he has taken so as to take control of the problem. The Minister knows very well that the Board of the NSSF hides behind the NSSF Act to do what they are doing. With the current NSSF Act, the NSSF Board cannot be governed by the Retirement Benefits Authority Regulations. Under the current NSSF Act, the Board is allowed to deal directly with banks. With the current NSSF Act, the Board does not have the opportunity to enjoy the services of professional managers, who can 2840 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 21, 2008 give advice to the Finance and Investment Committee. The questions to this Minister is, what plans does he have to bring this necessary legislation, so that we can make sure that we stop this mess that has been going on for years?
