    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to second this Motion. It is very well appreciated that the Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 has factored a lot of serious parameters in order to engage in economic revival and enhancement of our capacity as a nation to create jobs and wealth. It has also ensured that Kenya, in order to be a prosperous nation, has involved all sectors of the economy and that we maintain the historically marginalised groups and regions so that participation in economic development is enjoyed and the fruits of that engagement spread."
