    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know how else I am supposed to give assurance to this House. I said clearly that, universally, it is compulsory that all countries should have switched to digital broadcasting by the year 2015. As a country, we are doing better than that. We are targeting January, 2009. So, I do not know how else I am supposed to give assurances. I just want to assure the hon. Member to relax. We are doing the best we can to see that we make this switch in January. On the question regarding funding, the hon. Member is an old Member of October 16, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2797 this House and he should know that it is this House that gives my Ministry money to operate with. So, I can only operate when the funds are approved by the House."
