    "content": "asked the Minister for Energy:- (a) whether he was aware that on 21st April, 2008, a power line/pole collapsed and seriously damaged houses Nos.P23661 and P23662 in Ofafa Jericho Estate, in Nairobi, resulting in the deaths of Mr. Alex Muriithi Nthumbi (42) and his daughter, Ms. Nyawira Muriithi (16), and grievously injuring Mr. Rapuli Buluma, Mrs. Pascalia Buluma and their daughter Ms. Seruya Buluma; (b) whether he was further aware that following the serious damage to their houses, families have not received any compensation or support and, consequently, the family of Mr. Buluma was rendered homeless and now spends nights in the Ofafa Jericho Social Hall; and, (c) whether he could explain what steps he has taken to assist the families and state when the actual compensation will be paid."
