What I wanted to know is how much profit do you expect? Out of that profit, how much will be apportioned to \"Kilimo Biashara\" and how much will be retained at the Kenya Sugar Board for use by farmers in the sugar growing areas? You have also indicated that 4 per cent of the levy to sugar consumers will be spent on that. How much do you expect that to be? If you are going to levy the consumers another 4 per cent, it means they are going to suffer by paying more for their sugar. Is it fair?"
