For the Assistant Minister to only limit himself to his own Ministry, he is not doing justice to this House and to the people affected. Therefore, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am appealing to you to, maybe, have this Question deferred and let the Assistant Minister liaise with the relevant Ministry.
