However, it may have escaped the attention of your office that a matter touching on Prosopis Juliflora known as Mathenge is pending in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi. In the circumstances, is it in order for this Question to be asked and may it be offending the provisions of Standing Order No.74 on sub judice ?"
