However, he has deliberately escaped from answering the last part of the Question, on when the Government is going to declare it a noxious weed. Other countries, including neighbouring countries of Sudan and Ethiopia, declared it a noxious weed in 1997. When is the Kenya Government going to declare it a noxious weed? This weed attracts international funding when it comes to its control."
