If you understand the cardinal rule about separation of powers between the Executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary--- That matter is in the domain of the judiciary. Parliament cannot determine whether the status quo of an issue which is in court should be maintained or not. Parliament cannot give orders on matters in court. In fact, we are prevented from debating matters which are in court. The ruling on whether this matter is sub judice, as per our Standing Orders, is going to be given by the Chair on Wednesday next week."
