    "content": "What he has said is true. I also thank the Assistant Minister because he gave orders and we travelled to Kandara Constituency. We were able to go and see the site with a military officer who was a bomb expert. We saw only what was on the ground. Otherwise, there was something underground which they called a cell. I was made to understand that it was a military communication gadget which could not be opened. However, I have no point of doubting him because they are Kenyans and I am sure they have the Kenyans' interest at heart. For that, I wish to rest my case."
