    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Livestock Development the following Question by Private Notice:- (a) Is the Minister aware of an imminent outbreak of Rift Valley Fever in Turkana North and Turkana South districts and that the same has been reported in Southern Sudan? (b) Considering the lack of basic veterinary services and personnel in the region, what urgent measures is the Minister instituting in order to protect the country from the disease, which could wipe out all the surviving livestock in the pastoralist districts of Kenya?"
