    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you are aware, Ol Kalou Constituency is a highly productive area and, since Independence, the roads there have not been classified. In actual fact, we have only two classified roads C69 and C83. The rest of the roads are not classified. As the Minister tells us, that they are going ahead to classify them, the farmers' produce continues rotting in the farms because they cannot reach the markets. People continue to suffer because they cannot reach hospitals. Could the Minister give us the exact timeframe, so that these roads are classified and we are able to get funding considering that the road engineers get the money to hire the workforce since they do not have enough money to go round and grade the roads to the standards of delivering our produce to the market?"
