    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I acknowledge that Ol Kalou Constituency and the constituencies in former settlement areas or areas that were classified as such, were disadvantaged in that most of the roads in those areas were not classified and, therefore, were not eligible for funding. I do not know whether that makes Ol Kalou Constituency a marginalised area but in terms of the road network, I think, to a certain extent, I agree with what the hon. Member has said. However, roads in Ol Kalou and similar areas will now be put at the same level with the rest of the roads in the country and, therefore, they now qualify and will no longer be disadvantaged."
