    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is very difficult at the present moment to give the kind of assurance the hon. Member is looking for. However, I want to say that we will be receiving this report on the classifications. All I know is that, once we receive the classification on the Ol Kalou roads and areas which have been disadvantaged before, they will qualify for funding. Roads in those areas will be improved and regularly maintained through regular funding from the October 15, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2717 Ministry. Therefore, to a certain extent, all I am able to say now is that they will come to the same level with the rest of the country and the people living in those areas will see an improvement, overall, in the condition of roads in their areas."
