    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If I heard it right, the Assistant Minister has said that the Government may not post veterinary officers to the highlands because they are not doing anything. If that is the Government position, could we be told so that we can know what to do? That is a very disturbing position because we also have livestock within those regions. There is a lot of dairy farming that is going on and it also requires the same attention. It is important that Ministers cease answering Questions on regional basis! That is not healthy!"
