    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, yes, today is a happy day for the Ministry of Livestock! The interventions are coming from the pastoralists! Where we have a situation, as the hon. Member has said--- In Mandera, Ijara and Turkana, for instance, where there are no crops, the District Agricultural Officer has more allocation than the District Veterinary Officer and the District Livestock Production Officer. That is the inequitable distribution of resources within Government that, as a Ministry, we are addressing. We are going to call all hon. Members of Parliament and put that issue on the table. We are expecting that, in the next Budget, the Ministry of Finance and the Government will correct those imbalances. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
