"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. My question is very clear and precise. This shows that the Assistant Minister is not taking this matter very seriously. In a loss of Kshs2.3 billion, there is no way the CEO would not be involved. The Assistant Minister is telling us that he does not know what happened to the CEO and that he will confirm it later. Since he has said that, would it be in order for me to request you to direct the Assistant Minister to go back and come with an answer about what happened to the CEO? Was the CEO in cahoots with the Assistant Minister and that is why he has been left out? Would it be in order for you to direct the Assistant Minister to go back and come back with the right answer?"
