    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Whereas I appreciate the answer from the Assistant Minister, I have just looked at what he has given us as an answer. What I would like to request is that, as we now look at the aspects of the Kshs2.3 billion, which the Ministry of Agriculture is aware of, I would also like to--- Farmers have been making deliveries of pyrethrum since 2003 without being paid. What has happened subsequent to 2003 is the loss of all the money for which the farmers have been delivering pyrethrum to the Board. The Ministry of Agriculture must be held accountable. The poor farmers worked very hard and under very difficult circumstances; they have been left without any income."
