    "content": "asked the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government:- (a) whether he is aware that land parcel Nos./Kirinyaga Gathigiriri 58 Land 259, which were held in trust by the County Council of Kirinyaga, were transferred to a private developer, who sold them for Kshs25 million and, if so, whether he could table the transfer documents; (b) which officers were involved in the irregular transaction and what disciplinary action he will take against them; and, (c) what measures the Ministry will take to reclaim the irregularly transferred parcels of land."
