Considering that doctors are paid Kshs30,000 per month, he has given figures here a figure of Kshs1.9 billion, Kshs200 million and other millions. We are asking him to have that translated into emoluments payable to an individual doctor. What does that figure raise the Kshs30,000 to? We want to see his formula for getting the doctor’s back to work. Is he in order to avoid responding to that question?"
