"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with the hon. Member that it is the responsibility of the Government to provide health services to every Kenyan in this country. There is no doubt about that. As a Ministry, we have tried to post nurses to the North Eastern part of this country but, unfortunately, they have been resigning but we have not stopped doing the same. We are, in fact, in the process of recruiting nurses in the very near future and I think I have discussed this with the Minister of State for Public Service so that we can send a few nurses to that area to assist Kenyans to get treated."
