    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we know that the nurses that are being posted to these dispensaries come from other areas and they do not actually want to work there. You had better train the local people because we are even finding out that the admissions to the Medical Training Colleges (MTCs) are skewed towards some direction. Train the locals and give them these chances, so that they can accept to work in those areas. The Ministry is posting people there who go to other places after six months or one year."
