    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, since I worked in the Civil Service, let me assure this House that deliberate efforts have been made to train locals from North Eastern Province and post them there. However, as soon as they finish college, they opt to go to other bigger towns such as Nairobi, Nakuru and Mombasa. So, really I do not know whether that will be a cure. But we shall continue making deliberate efforts to recruit nurses from those areas and send them back to serve the Kenyan people."
