    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) It is true that since September, 2007, up to early July this year, no work was ongoing at the Katito-Pap-Onditi Rural Electrification Project. This was due to unexpected delays in procurement of some materials by M/s China National Wire and Cable Corporation which was contracted to do the project. There were also some other delays which were occasioned by them not moving to the site as early as possible. (b) However, the situation above has changed right now. I want to tell my neighbour that I have been to the site myself and work is almost complete. It is awaiting only transformers to be installed, which should be done within the next few weeks."
