    "content": "Mr. Chairman, we have no problem with the undertaking by the hon. Minister. We know that he is a very fair and capable Minister. But just this morning, we had a question of roads. Most of our roads in Nyandarua are not classified. We were told that they would be October 15, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2791 classified so that we can get funding. Classifying them means that we get to the same level with other people in the country. I would like to ask, what affirmative action will be taken so that we can climb up to the rest of the districts and constituencies? Again, this afternoon, it is the same thing. Nyandarua has been marginalised in roads, water, local authorities, livestock and yet, all the water resources for this country come from Nyandarua. We pay taxes. I want an undertaking from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government that if they are able to get other donors in the course of the year, he should say: \"Here are really some of my children who are really suffering.\" That is the assurance that I would like to get from the honourable Minister."
