    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when the issue of escalating prices was first raised here in March, the Minister indicated that the Ministry was going to import fertilizers. This was way back in March. The price then was Kshs4,000. Is the Assistant Minister aware that, as I speak, the price of fertilizer has escalated to Kshs6,200? We are in October. The fertilizer that the Ministry undertook to provide in March is yet to arrive in the country. What is the Assistant Minister doing to cushion the farmers against the escalating prices of inputs?"
