    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is, indeed, true that the Gilgil-Nyahururu Road has been under construction and the contractor is behind schedule. We have issued the contractor with the first warning but the progress has still not been satisfactory. I want to assure the hon. Member that we will not involve him in the other contract to upgrade the bridge. If anything, we intend to terminate his contract as soon as the period of the notice expires."
