    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the current short rains are being experienced in Eastern and Central provinces, some parts of South Rift and other parts of the country. We will make it our responsibility to ensure that all the seeds and fertilizers which the Government has procured will be available with immediate effect at the divisional level and will be distributed through the National Cereals and Produce Board. I request hon. Members to come and give us the specific places where they want this fertilizer to be as early as this week on Friday."
