    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the contractor has not gone away. In fact, he is still on site. The problem has to do with his capacity to undertake the job that we have given him within the time stipulated in the contract. Therefore, he is not able to keep within our schedule which would also raise a few questions on his capacity. We are not willing to give him more work. If anything, we hope to terminate his contract and get a contractor who can deliver on time and within the specified parameters of the contract."
