    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the law of natural attrition applies. It is only a few years ago when my colleagues in the Ministry came here and said that the elephant population had gone down. We barely have more than 24,000 elephants from a population of more than 80,000 elephants ten years ago. I encourage all hon. Members to report these cases to the nearest Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) offices for action. If they do not take action, I am a Member of Parliament, let us discuss when we meet, and we will make sure that the officers do their job."
