My question is: Is he aware that the understaffing of 223 teachers is distributed in Buuri and Timau divisions causing some of the classes to have one or two teachers; and that the distribution of understaffing in secondary schools is mainly in day secondary schools, which should be encouraged by posting more teachers to those schools? Why has he found it necessary to give statistics for February when we are in October?"
