    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to state that the Assistant Minister has given a very unsatisfactory answer because, for one, he has not given the procedure as per the Question. What he has done is to give generalities but he has not been very specific. Secondly, he should tell us that the concerned officers were of clean record. They never received any warning, they had never been disciplined before for the entire period of 18 to 21 years of service. So, could he come out very clearly instead of evading the Question?"
