    "content": "Out of the 43 applicants, 24 applicants were qualified. Out of the 24 qualified applicants, who were shortlisted, 17 were from Turkana Central District. Only seven of the 24 shortlisted candidates were from outside Turkana Central District. How come all the seven shortlisted applicants from outside Turkana South District were given the jobs and only one of the 17 shortlisted candidates from Turkana Central District was given the job? Is this not a serious embarrassment? What is the Assistant Minister going to do to ensure that Turkana people who are qualified to work in their home districts get the jobs, and not people who are taken there by Government officers who are posted there and some of whom have outlived their usefulness?"
