    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. You know that when hon. Members are not present and their Questions are being asked, the Chair would drop them. That is punishment to hon. Members and yet, when a Minister is not in the House, the House just adopts a situation of deferring the Question. I urge the Chair to see to it that ample punishment is given to Ministers who do not attend to the business of the House."
