    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for Agriculture for having tried to answer the Question. But part (b) of the Question has not been adequately addressed because my Question reads:- \"How many farmers have been targeted for the loans?\" His answer was, and I quote:- \"All sugar-cane farmers who meet the conditions agreed upon by the KSB, AFC and stakeholders are eligible.\" The Question here is, and it is very clear: How many farmers are targeted? It is not about those who are eligible."
