    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am a neighbour of Kapenguria. The 12th of December is Jamhuri Day; how did the money get stolen on a public holiday? In the first year of NARC Administration inflation was a single digit, but now, with the Grand Coalition Government, it is almost 30 per cent, which means that the value of that money is now very low. Could the Minister consider paying this money with interest in order to cushion the staff against the effects of inflation?"
