    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. First, my Ministry does not split or alter boundaries of constituencies, but does forward proposals made by the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) to Parliament. The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2007 was tabled before this House by myself and the House rejected it. The Bill had provided, inter alia, for the review of boundaries and splitting of constituencies. We now have to wait for the constitutional review."
