We should review constituency boundaries at intervals of not less than eight years and not more than 10 years. Now we are doing it after an interval of about 12 years. So, could it be, therefore, that the Electoral Commission of Kenya has failed to uphold the Constitution? So, actually, they should stand disbanded!"
