    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think this is a very happy day for many elders across many villages in this country. That is because they have been waiting for this for many years. When the Assistant Minister failed to show up at the time he was called upon to reply, we thought that it was the same attitude that the Government has had towards those very important Kenyans who play a very important role in this country and yet, they have never been recognized. But I am very grateful that the Assistant Minister has come and given his time and support to this Motion. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are many colleagues who were very keen on supporting the Motion. I wish, with your permission, to donate five minutes to hon. Ethuro. He really wanted a chance."
