    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I want to commend the Minister for running this Ministry quite effectively. Even his performance from the Floor of the House is good. Whenever we asked Questions, we have always been very satisfied. I also want to take this opportunity to thank the Permanent Secretary (PS) and his team for doing a good job. As one of my predecessors used to say, education is a great equaliser. Education is like democracy because, as you know, this democratic House affords us an opportunity, as sons of peasants, to meet with the sons of kings. I have had an opportunity to meet with such fellows, and I told them that my father has no address, but their fathers have addresses. It is only because of education that we have a common address along Parliament road!"
