    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. We are talking about the Government’s commitment to ensure literacy among its population. We are talking about Kenyans who have offered themselves to assist in providing literacy to the elderly of this Republic. In fact, the Assistant Minister has not even apologized to those teachers who have been working for one year and three months without pay and yet, he is talking about a policy change. Am I in order to request that this Question be deferred so that the Assistant Minister could go back and ensure that all policy matters are addressed, so that he can come and answer this question effectively?"
