    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to reiterate that it is the BOG that is responsible for the management of a school, even though the principal is the accounting officer. The accounting officer is accountable to the whole management of the school, which is the BOG. If the BOG has a problem with the principal, then it has the right to inform the Ministry and then we shall take 2490 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 7, 2008 appropriate action against such a principal."
