I am made to understand by the Clerk's Department that Ojode's Papers have been presented in accordance with the set out rules. Should you contest that, then be prepared to be held accountable for that. The Chair would consequently suspend the laying on the Table of Ojode's Papers until the facts are made available to the Chair. Should you want to go on record as having said that hon. Ojode's Papers have not been duly laid on the Table, I will be prepared to suspend that."
