    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to seek the indulgence of the Chair. The issue is not really hon. Ojode's Papers. The issue is the tabling of a Report by the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. This House made a resolution and the Chair made a ruling that the report must be submitted within a particular period. I would like to plead with the Chair that the practice of the House has been that until you table a document, it cannot be circulated to the Members. In view of the above, maybe, the Chair may consider it necessary to allow the Report to be tabled."
